CARROLTON, GEORGIA
The proposed site presented design challenges, as it previously served as a parking lot for the main shopping center. One of the primary obstacles was creating a level area sufficient to accommodate the Chipotle building and required parking. The design solution successfully met Chipotle’s brand standards and operational needs. The project was completed on schedule with minimal revisions.
