The adaptive reuse included the design of a new main entrance, upgraded loading dock, and expanded receiving area to support the retailer’s operational needs. The renovation demonstrates how thoughtful planning and design can breathe new life into a vacant retail shell, turning it into a vibrant showroom for furniture and home goods.
