Located off Peachtree Road in the heart of Brookhaven, this 50,000 sf project consists of a three-story mixed-use building and an adjoining two-story pre-cast parking garage. Brookhaven Medical Plaza is a Piedmont Health facility with a Walgreens on the ground floor and medical practices on the upper floors. The design and aesthetics were developed to ensure a welcoming center for patients, while also overcoming challenges of maximizing leasable square footage and parking in a tight urban site.
