ATLANTA, GEORGIA
The Darlington Medical Office Building is a 5-story approximately 80,000 sf Medical Office Building with an adjacent 100,000 sf parking deck, located next to the historic Darlington Apartments in Atlanta Georgia. The RLR team navigated many design challenges to accommodate a precast parking garage and a 3,000 sf roof top gathering space for the tenants. The all glass building with a balcony on the 5th floor overlooks Peachtree St right across from Piedmont Hospital.
