This project involved the demolition of an existing gas station to make way for a new 6,300 sf convenience store featuring a Burger King with drive-thru lanes. Designed to enhance both vehicular flow and customer convenience, the new layout modernizes the site while maximizing functionality for fuel sales, quick-service dining, and retail. This project reflects a strategic approach to site redevelopment that delivered an upgraded, multi-use destination for daily needs.
