GAINESVILLE, GEORGIA
Due to continued growth, Gainesville Middle School needed to expand. RLR worked with the school system on studies for multiple options before settling on the final solution of designing this new 183,400 square foot Middle School. This new facility can serve 1,275 students. This school features educational spaces devoted to Business, Family Living, Construction, Art, and Technology, as well as science and full middle school curriculum classroom spaces. This compact plan allowed the school system to save money by minimizing site development costs on a very tight site.
