The design of the new 209,700-square-foot Cherokee Bluff Middle School facility is the result of RLR’s design team working closely with Hall County Schools, community leaders, and the construction management team to create a one of a kind school design custom built to suit a challenging site and complex program needs. The school accommodates 1,500 students and includes state of the art Engineering, Healthcare, and Business labs as well as a unique Learning Commons area. The facility joins the existing Cherokee Bluff High School on the same campus which allows for economical sharing of the existing on-campus athletic fields.
