This RLR designed 151,151 square foot multipurpose facility includes a 41,000 square foot arena floor, full theatrical stage, and seating for 8,500. The arena was custom designed to meet the clients desire for a very flexible space capable of hosting multiple different functions, including graduations, sports tournaments, football and lacrosse camps, stage productions, concerts, trade shows, and conventions. The large entry lobby leads to a grand concourse surrounding the arena. Along with multiple locker rooms, concession stands, storage spaces and offices, the facility also has two large hospitality rooms, an executive conference room and a catering kitchen.
