As a industry leader in mixed-use when the idea of living, working, and playing in the same locale wasn't as popular as it is today, RLR continues to make strides in this concept.
Parkside on the Square
A mixed-use facility in the heart of the city of Gainesville, Parkside on the Square will revitalize the downtown area with new residences, shops, and eateries. Scheduled to open in late 2018.
Brookhaven Medical Plaza
The primary tenant for a mixed use facility in Brookhaven is Piedmont Primary Care. Conducting routine medical services for patients in the surrounding area was a vital decision to establishing this facility. With a major pharmacy located on the ground floor of the three floor building, the main objective of the structure is service. The second facility is now in the planning stages and will soon be online.
Buford Village is a master planned mixed-use development located adjacent at the intersection of Buford Highway and Hamilton Mill Road across from Buford’s City Hall facility. The high-end retail, office, and residential development is spread over 23 landscaped acres and is comprised of 5 mixed use multi-story buildings. The project consists of 23 townhome style, condominium residential units. Each unit consists of an office or retail space and their own two-car parking garage located directly beneath the townhomes. Restaurant and boutique retail space of approximately 62,000 square feet with 22,000 square feet of luxury office space comprises the remaining development.
Edgewood Retail District
Surrounded by the neighborhoods of East Atlanta, Edgewood, Candler Park and Inman Park, Edgewood Retail District is located at the intersection of Moreland Ave and Caroline Street. The 42 acre mixed use development has 560,000 square feet of office, retail, and residential occupancies. Robertson Loia Roof was able to create a “Main Street” environment with the context of the traditional architecture of the area. The blend of local boutiques, friendly eateries, and national retailers has become a thriving hub of neighborhood activities.
Edgewood Retail District was named “Best in Atlanta – Finalist” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The distinctive project incorporates a variety of architectural elements to suit a diverse tenant mix and compliment’s the unique history of the area.
