RLR was able to not only bring the project back into budget, but was also able to save the owner an additional $600,000 of construction costs. This was nearly one-third of the overall cost of construction in savings.

This new two-story classroom building almost doubled the capacity for the high school from 925 students to 1,800 students; necessitating core expansion of the media center, cafeteria and kitchen. Since the school was to remain fully functional with no student displacement over the two years of construction, RLR worked closely with R.K. Redding to develop a multi-phased construction timeline that could be executed in a timely manner, with no room for delays.
